Important Notice to Foreign Dealership Buyers

We thank you for your interest in our project.

It is very difficult to work with people over seas.  Between language problems, monetary exchange and distance it makes it harder for you to get involved.  That means you have more to deal with in order to make a decision.  Add to that the fact that the price (or market value) for UCSA dealerships are climbing quickly, and it's very costly to become a dealer.

For that reason we recommend you get an up to date quote in US dollars for purchasing one, and, if you can afford it, reserve a dealership until the next dealership orientation in New Jersey USA.  Then it's important that you make it to that orientation.  You also need to come here prepared to go through with the purchase if you like what you see.

Note: Current price for a UCSA Dealership as of December, 2007 is $100,000

If you know you cannot afford it, then it makes no sense for you to come here.  If you need more than a week to raise the necessary funds assuming you are impressed, then it won't work.

Sometimes our foreign friends are confused about what we are offering in a dealership.  Dealers OWN the WORLDWIDE marketing rights to all the technologies that UCSA has introduced to the market for as long as UCSA survives as a business.

In the event of the demise of UCSA the list would stop growing.  Anything that is not now on the market is still a research project, and is not part of the marketing rights until it is introduced as a product.

You can get a list of the products that are currently offered by UCSA dealers.  The one exception to this is that, since the dealers in the USA have been enlisting witnesses for a massive public demonstration for the ultimate Free Electricity Generator, that technology will also be included when it is ready for market no matter what happens to UCSA.  The associated technology as proposed, consists of the Hummingbird Motor and the Sundance Generator.   So, these two devices shall also be included in the marketing rights that the collective dealers own.

In order for a buyer to evaluate the value of the dealership we recommend coming to the orientation in New Jersey to witness the product line in action and to evaluate your chances of making a profit with these technologies that are absolutely part of the deal.

We will also apprise you of our progress in the other areas of our research such as free electricity and cameras that take pictures through solid walls, etc.

If there is an interest in purchasing a dealership at the current price, we will send you a copy of the UCSA contract, the current list of products; and we will hold the price for you until the next available orientation.

The orientation is two days long from 9AM to 9PM each day and you must attend both days.  We can also arrange for you to speak with a representative who will try to answer your questions.

If you're still interested please send us your contact info and request to reserve a UCSA dealership.

Thank you for your attention
