NCE Electrolyte caustic alternative.

Reduces or eliminates foaming problems
Heat the water you'll be adding to your reservoir in a microwave oven for a minute or two and stir in up to an ounce of NCE for every 2 cups of water in that quantity of water and add the mixture to the reservoir.
NCE mixed with water is always electrolyte so save it if you decide to drain your fuel cell so that you can re-use it later.
If the current flowing through the system falls off, just add a drop or two and stir it in.
