Hijacked Gmail Recovery

If your gmail account is hijacked there is help you may not know about.

If you have a youtube channel associated with the account you can point your browser to Team Youtube on Twitter here: https://twitter.com/TeamYouTube.  Go to messaging and privately communicate with the team to see if they can help you recover your email account.  This worked for me.

Note: You can try this even if you don’t have a youtube channel associated with the gmail address which was hijacked to see if they can help you.

I originally thought that only montized channels would get help but my account is not monetized and still they were able to help me by ultimately sending a password reset message.
