I can explain the word isolated in this way.  It’s likely that real millimeter 5G tech has not actually been rolled out even though all the signs that it has are there.  Maybe it was actually rolled out in Wuhan for the pantomime.

According to reports it was rolled out.  Also maybe it was unstoppable in New York based on the observed effects.

Potentially more on this when speaking isn’t prohibited by censorship, or maybe it won’t be necessary because it will start to spill into the mainstream.  One can hope.  🙂
